Medical Biller
Abington, PA
Pay From: $22 per hour
MUST:
The Experienced Medical Biller will have experience:
3 plus years of experience of hospital billing
Full cycle medical billing experience
Following up on denials
Following up on appeals and drafting appeal letters
EMR experience (E-Clinical Works preferred)
Experience working with a variety of insurance companies
Communication skills are very important
DUTIES:
The Medical Biller will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
Responsible for following up on claims in a timely manner
Work with multiple payer types (Client, Medicare, Medicaid, etc.)
Timely and accurately edit and submit assigned claims
High volume account processing
Assure all assigned claims meet clearing house and/or payer processing criteria
Provide team management with issues regarding claims follow up process
Prior billing and follow up experience
Attention to detail and time management skills are a must
