Position OverviewJob Title: Part-Time Office Manager
Schedule: 20 hours per week
Compensation: $30-35 per hour

Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Excellence

  • Manage comprehensive office calendar and scheduling systems
  • Maintain and update contact distribution lists and client databases
  • Handle word processing for client documents, correspondence, and marketing materials
  • Organize and maintain both paper and electronic filing systems

Client Support & Documentation

  • Serve as professional notetaker during workplace investigations
  • Track updates and revisions to client documents, handbooks, and agreement templates
  • Coordinate personalized client outreach in response to legal developments and changes
  • Administer conflict check processes and record retention systems

Marketing & Communications

  • Update and maintain training program materials using Canva, PowerPoint, and PDF formats
  • Assist with social media content management and posting
  • Update online attorney directory profiles
  • Support marketing and business development initiatives

Legal Practice Support

  • Assist with confidential legal processes requiring discretion and attention to detail
  • Support attorneys with various administrative tasks as needed
  • Help maintain professional standards and client confidentiality protocols

Required QualificationsTechnical Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with Canva for graphic design and content creation
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content management
  • Strong computer-based note-taking abilities
