We’re looking to grow our design team with someone who is highly organized, detail oriented, customer service focused, eager to learn and interested in becoming a full-time cabinet designer.

Milarc Cabinets Specializes in designing and constructing custom cabinetry to fit our customers individual style and budget. We offer expertise in custom kitchen, bath, home office, home theater, residential bar, and entertainment areas.
Milarc Cabinets has been locally owned and operated since it was established in 1980. Milarc has grown from a one-person shop to one of Northern Colorado’s premier custom cabinet companies, serving quality craftsmanship to Northern Colorado including Fort Collins, Windsor, Greeley & Loveland.
Job Responsibilities
· Work directly with customers, contractors, builders and our production team to develop shop drawings and cut lists for production, using the cabinet design/layout approved by the customer.
· Possess a great understanding and knowledge of our cabinets to create functional solutions and problem solve customer/client requests.
· Ability to transition between working long periods of time on a computer and traveling to project sites to conduct field measures.
· Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in person. Learn numerous applications and processes. Willingness to cross train and help in other aspects of the business as needed.
Job Qualifications
· Proper time management and ability to work within tight deadlines.
· Effective communication skills, strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task, while working independently
· Organizational skills, positive attitude, and strong work ethic
· Resourcefulness, creativity and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
· Outstanding customer service & communication with our customers
· Proficient in Microsoft office products including Outlook, work & excel.
· Experience in CabinetVision or other industry related software is a bonus.
· Previous design experience is beneficial, but not required.
· Willingness to learn, and ability to take initiative.
