Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in the Denver area, specifically supporting schools within Aurora Public Schools. This role focuses primarily on elementary-aged students and offers the chance to work onsite Monday through Friday, providing direct speech and language services across multiple school assignments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality speech-language pathology interventions to elementary-aged students.
• Manage a caseload typically ranging from 25 to 45 students, enabling impact on diverse communication needs.
• Collaborate with educators and families to support student progress.
• Participate in and bill for Professional Development days as allowed by the district.
• Maintain compliance with local education and licensing requirements.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Colorado Department of Education certification.
• Active Colorado Speech-Language Pathologist license.
• Successful completion of required background checks and fingerprinting.
• Experience working with school-aged children, especially in elementary settings, is preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a school environment.
• Onsite availability is mandatory; virtual service delivery is not permitted.

Position Details:

• Location: Aurora, Colorado (Denver Metro Area)
• Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday
• Contract term: Immediate start through May 21, 2026, with a strong likelihood of renewal for the 2026/2027 school year.
• Caseloads and school assignments will vary.
