Our organization is seeking a Dental Hygienist to become a part of our dedicated team.

Location: 1976 Zumbehl Rd, Saint Charles, Missouri 63303

Work Schedule: Open to part-time; Monday to Thursday from 7:45 AM to 5 PM

This is a one-doctor practice utilizing Dentrix software!

Appointments include 60-minute recare sessions and 90-minute new patient visits!

Compensation is bi-weekly and hourly, with the option to enroll in Daily Pay to access earnings as they are accrued.

Potential to earn daily and quarterly bonuses!

We provide advanced tools such as iTero, Velscope, and CE coverage!

Full-time positions require a minimum of 30 hours to qualify for a comprehensive benefits package, which includes UnitedHealthcare PPO Health Care, paid holidays, 401(k), dental, vision, wellness benefits, and more!

Part-time employees will also receive a benefits package that includes dental coverage, paid holidays, 401(k), wellness benefits, and additional perks!

Minimum Qualifications

  • Current dental hygienist license in Missouri and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (as required).
  • Strong understanding of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation.
  • CPR Certification.

Preferred Experience

  • Familiarity with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanners, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems.
  • A commitment to ongoing learning and enhancing clinical skills to meet patient needs and provide preventive care and overall dental health maintenance.
  • Clinical requirements as specified by the office.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to perform essential duties as required by the office, doctor, or organization, with or without reasonable accommodation. Accommodations may be provided to enable individuals with disabilities to fulfill essential job functions.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting and standing.
  • Must be capable of lifting and carrying up to 45 pounds occasionally.
  • Availability to participate in virtual or in-person training sessions periodically throughout the year.
  • To ensure a safe and healthy environment for both team members and patients, a tuberculosis (TB) test is mandatory for all new hires in dental office roles. This standard requirement must be completed before starting employment. The test will be arranged during the pre-employment process, with necessary guidance provided. This requirement does not apply in the states of Florida and Tennessee.
