Reservation Agent

Description:
We’re looking for a dedicated and personable individual to join our reservations team at Travel Advantage Network (TAN). In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our members, helping them book travel, manage their reservations, and ensure they enjoy a smooth and positive experience throughout the process. This is a call center-based role that focuses on guest satisfaction, travel planning support, and relationship building with our members over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
Build strong rapport with members over the phone by providing a warm, professional, and helpful experience.
Assist members with booking vacation properties and managing existing reservations.
Address guest inquiries and concerns to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat travel.
Learn and maintain knowledge of TAN’s vacation portfolio
Maintain detailed and accurate records of all member interactions using a web-based system.
Help members understand and make the most of their TAN membership benefits.
Requirements:
1–2 years in a customer service, call center, or hospitality environment preferred
Microsoft Office proficiency
Work Schedule:
Regular hours are 9:30am – 6:00pm EST with occasional evening shifts
Compensation and Benefits:
$21/hour
