The Receptionist plays a vital role in managing the front desk operations and serving as the first point of contact for visitors and callers. This role requires excellent communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors with a positive, helpful attitude
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  • Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable
  • Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings
  • Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access to the building
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support as needed
  • Assist with handling inquiries and providing information to visitors and employees
