This contract position offers consistency in schedule and pay, ideal for nurses seeking a focused ICU role with weekend rotation every other week.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality care to ICU and Intermediate Care (IMC) patients in a Long-Term Acute Care setting
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, implementing appropriate care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to manage complex cases
- Maintain compliance with all healthcare protocols and facility policies
- Administer medications, perform treatments, and use critical care equipment
Qualifications and Skills:
- Current RN license with a minimum of 2 years of ICU experience
- Required certifications: ACLS and BLS
- Proficiency in ICU and IMC level care techniques
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, 3 days per week with every other weekend off
