We are currently seeking a highly organized and professional Temporary Executive Assistant to provide top-tier support to senior leadership. This individual will play a key role in managing daily operations, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring efficiency in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative experience looking to make an immediate impact on a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and schedule appointments

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence with accuracy and confidentiality

  • Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders

  • Arrange domestic and international travel, accommodations, and itineraries

  • Handle expense reports, invoice processing, and basic budgeting support

  • Maintain organized filing systems and ensure prompt follow-up on tasks

  • Support in the coordination of special projects, meetings, and events

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience supporting executives or senior leadership

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment



Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
