For the upcoming 20252026 school year, were partnering with a dedicated district in Houston, Texas that is hiring three full-time SLPs to support a variety of student populations across multiple campuses. Available Positions & Caseload Overview
? Position 1: Elementary Setting (Mono-Lingual Campus)

SLPA support on-site 3 days/week
-
Supervision responsibilities required SLP-CCC strongly preferred

Manageable caseload with strong staff collaboration
? Position 2: Elementary Setting (Bilingual Campus)
-
SLPA support on-site 3 days/week
-
Bilingual paraprofessionals available for evaluation and service translation
-
SLP-CCC strongly preferred for supervision
-
Ideal for SLPs who are bilingual or have experience with diverse student populations
? Position 3: Itinerant Role Across Multiple Grade Levels

3 days/week with intermediate students
-
1 day/week with a set high school caseload
-
1 day/week performing evaluations at various elementary campuses
-
Excellent fit for SLPs who enjoy flexibility and variety

Contracted Hours: 3540 hours per week

Setting: Onsite only | School-based
What Youll Do
-
Provide direct and consultative speech-language services to students
-
Conduct evaluations and contribute to IEP development
-
Supervise SLPAs (if applicable)

Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to support student needs
-
Address articulation, fluency, language, pragmatics, and more
-
Maintain documentation in compliance with district/state guidelines

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Active Texas SLP License (SLP-CCC required for supervision roles)
-
Prior school-based experience preferred, not required
-
Bilingual Spanish a plus for bilingual campus

Strong interpersonal, organizational, and collaboration skills
