Operations Support Engineer

Role Overview
We are seeking Operations Engineers to manage and support vendor applications, perform configuration tasks, and handle infrastructure-level troubleshooting with a focus on continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Support and manage vendor applications and packaged solutions</li>
<li>Perform application configuration, setup, and environment management</li>
<li>Work on system-level operations including deployments and incident resolution</li>
<li>Manage and troubleshoot infrastructure across Windows servers and network environments</li>
<li>Collaborate with development and vendor teams for issue resolution</li>
<li>Learn and support Formscape templates and Drools rules engine configurations</li>
<li>Ensure system stability, performance, and SLA adherence</li>
</ul>
Required Skills
<ul>
<li>Experience in application support / operations / production support</li>
<li>Strong understanding of Windows Server environments and networking basics</li>
<li>Exposure to configuration management and vendor tools</li>
<li>Ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues</li>
</ul>
Preferred Skills
<ul>
<li>Knowledge of rules engines (Drools) and document/template tools (Formscape)</li>
<li>Basic understanding of scripting/automation</li>
</ul>
