Job Title: Financial Analyst
Reports to: Director, FP&A
Location: Las Vegas, NV – in office 4 or 5 days a week
Summary:
The Pavilion Payments FP&A Analyst will have 3–5 years of relevant experience and a strong foundation in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and cash flow management. This role will work closely with business leaders to provide actionable insights that support strategic decision-making and drive financial performance.

Key Responsibilities
Provide analytical support to business in the development and reporting of budgets, forecasts, investment and other related processes and initiatives.
- Manage and monitor budgets and periodic forecasts
- Perform variance analysis, explaining key drivers and trends in revenue, expenses, and profitability
- Prepare and maintain cash flow forecasts to ensure proper liquidity planning and risk management
- Conduct ad hoc financial analysis to support business decisions, special projects, and strategic initiatives
- Build and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance, scenarios, and investment opportunities
- Partner with accounting to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and alignment between actuals and forecasts
- Identify and recommend process improvements for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Provide analytical support for regulatory filings
Prepare executive-level presentations and reports summarizing financial results, forecasts, and recommendations
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in financial planning & analysis or a similar role
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
- Experience with budgeting, variance analysis, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information clearly
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- NetSuite experience a plus, but not required
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines and maintaining strong attention to detail
