Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification and 1+ years Pharmacy Technician experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A well-established retail and long-term care pharmacy in Lawrenceville, IL is seeking a skilled Pharmacist on a per diem basis to support their team. This role offers the opportunity to work flexible hours across multiple dates from February through March, providing essential pharmaceutical services within a dynamic healthcare setting.

Responsibilities include accurately distributing medications as prescribed by physicians and other healthcare professionals, ensuring patient safety and compliance. You will also provide detailed information to customers regarding the proper use of their medications, emphasizing a high standard of customer service to promote patient health and satisfaction.

Scheduled Hours:

• Mondays and Fridays, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (9-hour shifts) on selected dates between February 16 and March 13, 2026.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Illinois Pharmacist License is required.
• Previous retail and/or long-term care pharmacy experience is highly preferred.
• Strong communication skills to effectively educate customers on medication use.
• Commitment to providing excellent customer service.
