About the Role
We are searching for Superintendents for many projects in the Freestone County/Fairfield Lake area in Texas. The work demands the same sophistication you’d find in complex commercial construction - but with a level of ownership, visibility, and client interaction that commercial may not offer.
Responsibilities
- Own a site rather than just running a job.
- Lead a highly detailed, architect‑driven residential project located in the Freestone County / Fairfield Lake area.
- Bring commercial‑level discipline and thrive in environments where precision, communication, and leadership matter every single day.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in complex construction.
Required Skills
- Strong field credibility and the ability to lead trades with confidence.
- Experience managing complex commercial projects with tight tolerances.
- Clear, structured communication with architects, consultants, and sophisticated clients.
- A calm, solutions‑oriented leadership style.
- A commitment to quality and detail that never wavers.
Preferred Skills
- This is not a fit for candidates who have only worked in homebuilding.
Pay range and compensation package
Great Pay, Benefits, Culture and Leadership. Salary range starts @ $85k and varies greatly based on years of experience and exposure.
