LHH is proud to partner with a reputable property management firm on a temp-to-hire Bilingual Accounts Receivable & Administrative Specialist opportunity. This onsite role, located in Downtown Manhattan, will support the Finance and Collections team. We are seeking a candidate who is fluent in both English and Spanish, demonstrates strong organizational skills, and has proven experience in accounts receivable and administrative support. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage accounts receivable processes including invoicing, payment processing, and collections.

  • Provide administrative support through data entry, document filing, and record maintenance.

  • Act as a liaison for tenant relations by resolving billing issues, addressing inquiries, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely payments and tenant satisfaction.

  • Support the Finance team with month-end closing activities.

  • Prepare financial reports and assist with audits as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in English and Spanish (preferred).

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

  • 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable and collections.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication skills.

$25-32/hr



Pay Details: $25.00 to $32.00 per hour
