Job DescriptionAbout the Role:
We’re looking for a reliable and experienced Gardener Lead to take charge of garden maintenance across multiple residential or commercial properties. In this role, you’ll drive to scheduled routes and lead routine upkeep tasks including mowing, blowing, pruning, and seasonal garden enhancements. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in maintaining beautiful landscapes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive company vehicle to various job sites on a regular route
- Perform general garden maintenance: mowing, edging, blowing, and weeding
- Execute small-scale landscape upgrades and seasonal planting
- Oversee quality and completion of tasks at each property
- Communicate with clients or team members as needed
- Maintain equipment and report any issues
- Ensure safety and cleanliness at all work sites
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Prior experience in landscaping, gardening, or groundskeeping
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, but not required
