Marketing Assistant at Trinity Equestrian Center | Eau Claire, WI
Part-time | 10–20+ hours per week | $18+/hour (based on experience)
Trinity Equestrian Center is seeking a creative, detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to help tell the story of our work and support our growing marketing needs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creative projects, visual storytelling, and meaningful work that makes a real impact in the community.
Founded in 2002, Trinity Equestrian Center is a nonprofit organization dedicated to changing lives through connection. We provide youth development programs and equine-based services for youth, families, veterans, first responders, and individuals impacted by trauma. Some of our programs include horses. Many do not. All are built on relationship, growth, and hope.
Position Overview
The Marketing Assistant is an onsite and remote position that will support Trinity’s marketing efforts across digital platforms, fundraising initiatives, events, and internal communications. This is a hands-on role with room for creativity, ownership, and growth.
Key Responsibilities
· Create and schedule content for social media platforms
· Assist with photography and visual storytelling (programs, events, ranch life)
· Design graphics for fundraising campaigns, events, grants, and promotions
· Support website updates, maintenance, and design using Wix
· Assist with email marketing and newsletters using Mailchimp
· Help maintain brand consistency across platforms and materials
· Collaborate with leadership on marketing priorities and timelines
Required Skills & Experience
· Experience with Wix, Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Mailchimp
· Strong graphic design and visual communication skills
· Comfort creating content for social media and digital platforms
· Basic photography skills and an eye for composition and storytelling
· Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
· Reliable, organized, and self-motivated
Preferred Qualities
· Creative thinker with attention to detail
· Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
· Passion for mission-driven work and community impact
· Experience in nonprofit, marketing, communications, or design is a plus
Schedule & Compensation
· 10–20 hours per week
· $18+/hour, depending on experience and skill set
· Flexible schedule with some on-site work for photography and events
