Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones, take messages and direct inquiries to appropriate personnel
  • Greet and assist visitors, in a professional and courteous manner
  • Send order confirmations to dealers, create invoices for shipped parts and trailers and prepare orders for the shop following dealer confirmation
  • Create Manufacturer’s Certificates of Origin (MCO) and produce serial plate stickers (VIN tags) for trailers
  • Ensure all sales folders are complete and organized correctly
  • Distribute trailers on order documents to dealers bi-weekly
  • Track incoming warranty registrations and input them into the system
  • Monitor and assess visitor behaviors and attitudes, reporting any issues or concerns to the appropriate manager
  • Perform administrative tasks, including data entry and filing
  • Regular attendance is a critical function of this job
  • Perform additional duties as requested, directed, or assigned

Education and Experience:

  • A combination of education and experience will be considered, however, a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role is required.

Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Teams and Excel is required
  • Must maintain a positive attitude and willingness to collaborate and assist with tasks
  • Must be thorough, accurate and have a keen attention to detail
  • Must be able to manage multiple tasks and priorities while adapting easily to changing situations.
  • Must be able to work effectively with vendors, customers, and colleagues.
  • Must thrive in a team environment
  • Must be a self-starter with a strong sense of urgency in completing assigned tasks
  • Must maintain the confidentiality of Cimarron Trailers proprietary and intellectual property

Supervisory Responsibilities:

    • None

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to sit, stand, and move throughout the facility as needed.
  • Ability to use hands, wrists, and arms for extended periods, up to 8 hours per day, including overtime.
  • Proficient in tasks involving writing, typing, and data entry, requiring sustained manual dexterity and endurance.

Personal Protective Equipment:

  • Safety Glasses while in plant environment.
  • Hearing protection while in plant environment
  • Safety Shoes

Work Environment:

  • Combination of office, manufacturing plant and outdoor environment.
  • Exposure to various environmental conditions, including extreme heat and cold, while moving between buildings
  • Exposure to loud noises while in plant environment
