Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Event Coordinator to join our team and play a vital role in planning, executing, and overseeing a variety of events that reflect our brand and engage our audience. As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for all aspects of event management, from conception through to execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute events from start to finish, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Manage budgets, negotiate contracts, and oversee all financial aspects of events.
- Coordinate logistics including venue selection, catering, audio-visual needs, and transportation.
- Develop event marketing materials and coordinate promotion efforts to maximize attendance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, sponsors, and attendees throughout the event.
- Conduct post-event evaluations and gather feedback to continually improve future events.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in event planning and coordination with a strong portfolio of successful events.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in event management software and tools, along with MS Office Suite.
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing scenarios easily.
