Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is needed to support K-12 students in a Mansfield, Texas school setting. This contract opportunity spans the current school year, starting as soon as possible with an end date of May 22, 2026. The role is on-site only and offers approximately 37.5 hours per week with caseload details to be confirmed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct behavioral interventions under supervision, supporting students with a range of behavioral needs across the K-12 spectrum.
- Implement behavior plans and collect data to monitor student progress.
- Collaborate with educators, families, and behavior specialists to optimize student outcomes.
- Maintain compliance with ethical and professional standards per BACB guidelines.
Qualifications:
- National Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) is required.
- Experience in school-based settings preferred but not required.
- Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis techniques.
- Ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, and families.
