Position: Canvassing Director

We are looking for a highly motivated leader to manage our team of door to door canvassers.
Experience Needed:
- Proven experience in door to door canvassing either as a Team Leader, Canvassing Manager, Canvassing Director or Canvassing Trainer.
Responsibilities
- Interview, hire, train, manage and motivate canvassers
- Do daily mapping and plan neighborhood routes and schedules.
- Conduct daily meetings
- Canvass neighborhoods to find old windows, doors and roofing
- Speak to homeowners and schedule appointments for free inspection and estimates
Compensation
- Salary, Commission, Bonus & Overrides (Earn $100K-$150K per year)
