Job DescriptionThe Machine Operator/Automated Welder position is located in Broomfield, CO. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a company known for its commitment to quality and innovation in custom product fabrication. Great opportunity for someone who is intersted in learning how to weld. This is a contract to potential hire for the right person.

Shift of the Welder I:

Monday - Friday, 6:30am - 3pm

Pay Rate/Salary of the Welder I:

$20/hr.

Responsibilities of the Welder I:

• Fabricate custom products and modify them to meet customer specifications.
• Plan, lay out, and perform welding on various stainless steel valves, gauges, and components.
• Collaborate with engineers on custom product design for production.
• Complete fabrication and assembly welding from blueprints and verbal/written instructions.
• Modify standard valves and components according to application and engineering specifications.

Qualifications of the Welder I:

• Minimum of 2 years of related experience required.
• Experience in a machine shop and ability to interpret complex drawings and specifications.
• Strong mathematical skills and knowledge of precision measuring instruments.
• Trade knowledge equivalent to training in a formal apprenticeship program.
• Dedication to safety and adherence to strict safety standards.
