This is a full-time evaluation to hire opportunity.

Fast-growing real estate investment education company specializing in tax lien, tax deed, and real estate investing events nationwide. Every attendee's journey begins with registration-and your role is to make sure they don't just sign up, but show up excited and ready.

The Role

This is a sales-driven confirmations position where your ability to influence, persuade, and retain makes all the difference. You'll be the trusted guide who ensures registrants follow through on their commitment to attend. Think: high-energy sales conversations, overcoming objections, and delivering strong rebuttals that keep people on track.

Responsibilities

• Own the confirmation process from initial registration to event attendance.
• Call, text, and email registrants with the goal of securing attendance.
• Overcome objections and handle rebuttals with confidence, keeping attendees committed.
• Build excitement and position the event as a can't-miss opportunity.
• Collaborate with the confirmations team to reduce cancellations and no-shows.
• Track all interactions and progress in CRM systems.

What We're Looking For

• A natural closer with strong sales instincts and the ability to think fast in rebuttals.
• Persuasive, confident communicator-skilled at motivating people to follow through.
• Competitive and target-driven-you thrive on hitting (and exceeding) goals.
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and organized.
• Experience in sales, retention, or event confirmations is highly preferred.
• Comfortable using CRM tools, phone, text, and email platforms.
