Job DescriptionTRC is hiring for a Final Assembly Technician for a client located in Winston-Salem, NC!What You Get:

What You Will Be Doing:
- Assemble various industrial fan products in accordance with detailed work instructions, technical drawings, and established procedures.
- Use hand tools, torque tools, and measuring instruments to perform precise assembly tasks.
- Conduct visual and functional inspections of completed units to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Identify and report product defects, equipment issues, or process deviations to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with company policies, 6S principles, and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to support efficient workflow and continuous improvement initiatives
What We Need:
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, or a related technical field
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and wiring diagrams
- Proficient in using hand tools, torque tools, and measurement devices
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing tasks involving standing, bending, and reaching throughout the shift
- Comfortable working in a production environment with moderate noise and PPE requirements
