A Building Maintenance company in Colorado, looking for an experienced and qualified Business Development/Account Manager executive who has a minimum of five (5) years of management experience in the Janitorial field to join our current Business Development team in growing our company.
The position includes Business Development and Contract Pursuit and engagement for new business opportunities.
This position includes a very proactive mindset that engages with customers, can set quality expectations of service delivery, works with field supervisors and service contractors to meet these expectations, and provides ongoing support to each supervisor daily and as needed. You will work and meet directly with our current Director of Business Development.
This person should also have extensive experience in securing new business opportunities within existing contracts and expanding new business opportunities in addition to contract management.
This position includes the requirement of knowing the janitorial industry relative to the production of general cleaning, day porter, floor and carpet care techniques, and service delivery demands.
Management of project budgets is required and being able to find creative ways to improved production while maintaining quality in compliance with the budget and scope of work per the contract.
This person must be excellent at planning for staffing demands, scope of work requirements, and emergency situations.
Must be able to make decisions relative to staffing levels, and to execute on customer service demands.
Should feel comfortable working independently and leading by example with maturity, respect, and full team-building engagement of all employees.
This person must be experienced in the janitorial field exclusively; other candidates will not be considered without this experience.
Compensation range based on qualifications and experience: $ 62,000 to $ 66,000.00 plus bonus based on annual profitability of project(s).
Please consider this salary range before applying for this position. Negotiations may be considered upon your experience in the Janitorial industry, however a six (6) month performance evaluation period will be required to assess ability to develop business opportunities.
