Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A direct hire opportunity is available for an Evening Shift Staff Pharmacist at a closed-door Long-Term Care (LTC) facility in Foxborough, Massachusetts. This role is ideal for pharmacists looking to apply their expertise in a fast-paced, high-volume setting, with a chance to work within a supportive team and utilize the Frameworks software system (training provided).
Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial prescription review using the Frameworks system
- Perform final medication reviews and checks to ensure accuracy and safety
- Supervise and oversee pharmacy technicians during shifts
- Dispense medications efficiently while maintaining compliance with regulations
Shift Details:
- Monday through Friday, with schedules of either 3:30 PM – 11:00 PM or 4:30 PM – 12:00 AM
- Rotating weekends are required to support 24/7 pharmacy operations
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Active and clear Massachusetts Pharmacist license
- Pharmacy experience in high-volume environments (approximately 600 prescriptions processed daily)
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently without compromising accuracy
