Community Enriched is a premier national sales partner for a comprehensive portfolio of the industry's leading internet, fiber, and television providers. We are seeking experienced, self-generating sales professionals to partner with us as Independent Remote Sales Representatives.
This is a fully remote, 1099 business opportunity for disciplined individuals who excel at digital prospecting and closing high-ticket deals over the phone. As a representative on our platform, you will leverage our elite carrier agreements and backend support to build your own national sales business.
Core Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Activities:

Self-Sourced Lead Generation: You will independently develop and execute your own lead generation strategies. This is a primary function of the role and requires proficiency in digital prospecting (e.g., social media, professional networking, referral systems).

Consultative Sales Execution: You will manage the full sales cycle with the prospects you generate, from initial contact and needs analysis to solution presentation and closing the deal.

Multi-Product Expertise: You must become a subject-matter expert on our full portfolio (AT&T, Frontier, Kinetic, etc.) to confidently compare options and make expert recommendations to clients.

Pipeline & CRM Management: You will be responsible for meticulously tracking all sales activities in our provided CRM system to ensure accurate and timely commission processing.
Compensation Structure & Payouts:
Our compensation is 100% commission-based, paid out weekly. We offer a transparent, tiered structure that rewards high performance—the more you sell, the higher your per-sale earnings become.

Payouts range up to $300+ per activation, depending on the product sold and your weekly sales volume.

A consistent representative closing just 5 deals per week can realistically earn $1,000 - $1,250+ every single week.

There is no cap on your earning potential. Top representatives can build a six-figure annual income.
Ideal Candidate Profile:

3+ years of documented success in a direct sales role, preferably in a B2C phone sales environment (e.g., insurance, mortgage, solar, telecom).

Demonstrated experience in self-generating leads through digital or networking channels.

Exceptional verbal communication skills with a professional, clear, and persuasive phone presence.

A disciplined, autonomous work ethic. You must be a true self-starter who is organized and thrives without direct supervision.

Proficiency with CRM software and other standard digital sales tools.
