In addition, workforce and education leaders from across the country have visited CareerWise to learn about our youth apprenticeship model. As a result, our programs have launched in multiple states, leveraging our institutional knowledge, technology, and infrastructure.
Who We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a mission-driven Senior Manager of District Integration to lead the adoption and implementation of youth apprenticeship within school systems across Colorado. This position is central to CareerWise’s vision for widespread impact and ensures apprenticeship becomes a fully integrated offering for high school students. In this role, you will work with school and district leaders, staff, and external champions to support systems-level implementation. You will convene stakeholders, develop champions, and support school staff to embed apprenticeship into student pathways. You will also directly support student and staff engagement through light recruitment and relationship-building. This role requires an experienced relationship builder and systems thinker with deep knowledge of public education and the ability to influence change across schools and districts. You thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments and can toggle between strategy and execution.
Job Summary:
Reporting to the Director of District Strategy, the Senior Manager of District Integration will serve as a key driver of system-level integration of youth apprenticeship. This person will support high schools and districts in adopting, implementing, and sustaining apprenticeship programming, aligning internal teams, external partners, and school-based stakeholders to enable successful student outcomes.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- DISTRICT & SCHOOL PARTNER ENGAGEMENT
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of school and district partners
- Build strong relationships with superintendents, principals, counselors, teachers, and other education leaders
- Convene and facilitate cross-functional implementation teams within schools and across systems
- Identify and cultivate champions at all levels to embed youth apprenticeship as a core part of student pathway planning
- SYSTEMS INTEGRATION & IMPLEMENTATION
- Guide school systems through program onboarding, planning, and ongoing implementation support
- Co-design implementation roadmaps that align apprenticeship with graduation pathways, advisory systems, and career-connected learning
- Provide technical assistance to ensure operational readiness, including scheduling, staffing, and student support
- Facilitate connections between school and business partners to support a shared vision for talent development
- STUDENT & STAFF SUPPORT
- Provide light-touch recruitment and exposure experiences for students and staff to increase program awareness
- Support school staff to promote, prepare, and onboard students into a youth apprenticeship
- Attend student events (info sessions, mock interviews, etc.) and coordinate with the Apprentice Experience team to ensure readiness
- DATA & CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
- Track key metrics on school partner performance and implementation milestones
- Analyze partner data to inform continuous improvement efforts
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure aligned and responsive service delivery
- ORGANIZATIONAL COLLABORATION
- Collaborate closely with K–12, Business Partnerships, Marketing, and Apprentice Experience teams to ensure cohesive execution
- Contribute to team learning, pilot design, and knowledge sharing efforts that strengthen district-level engagement

Location:
This role is based in Denver, Colorado. CareerWise staff typically work a hybrid work schedule with varying days in the office and other days remote. Remote work is not guaranteed and the schedule must be approved by the supervisor. There may be occasions (possibly 1-3 times per year) for staff to gather together in person. Exceptions will be made for special circumstances.
Compensation:
The salary range for this role is: $74,263 - $95,481 annually; this role is not covered by the minimum wage and overtime provisions of the FLSA. CareerWise offers a generous benefits package including group medical, dental, and vision plans, short-term disability, 100% vested 401k Plan with a 3% employer contribution, and Flexible Time Off.
