Operations Manager

Our operations cover lawn maintenance, landscape installation, and snow removal for residential lawns and large corporate properties across Elkhart, Goshen, Mishawaka, and South Bend, IN. What Youll Do
As our Operations Manager, youll plan, direct, and optimize the production side of the business.
Plan, schedule, and dispatch all jobs for lawn care, landscape installation, and snow removal
Manage project managers and crew leads for peak efficiency, quality, and safety
Oversee materials procurement, inventory control, equipment maintenance, fleet logistics, and routing
Monitor job costing, timelines, change orders, and profitability
Coordinating high-level client communications, vendor relations, and daily operational flow
Youll take full ownership of a diverse mix of residential and major commercial accounts with direct accountability for operational success year-round.
What You Bring
At least 35 years of operations management experience in landscaping, lawn care, or snow removal
Proven ability to lead project managers and crews while managing schedules, budgets, materials, equipment, and logistics
Strong knowledge of softscape/hardscape, irrigation, turf management, and winter operations
Initiative to steward a positive team environment and customer relationships
