We are seeking a licensed Master Plumber to join our team and lead projects with precision, safety, and compliance.

Position Overview: The Master Plumber will oversee the design, installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems in accordance with Missouri state and local codes. This role involves obtaining permits, ensuring code compliance, supervising journeyman plumbers and apprentices, and delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities: • Plan, install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, and related equipment. • Design and review plumbing layouts to ensure efficiency and compliance with Missouri plumbing codes. • Obtain required permits and coordinate inspections. • Supervise, mentor, and train journeyman plumbers and apprentices. • Diagnose complex plumbing issues and recommend long-term solutions. • Ensure all work is completed safely, on time, and within budget. • Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements: • Current Missouri Master Plumber License in good standing. • 5+ years of experience as a journeyman plumber prior to licensing. • Expert knowledge of Missouri plumbing codes, regulations, and safety standards. • Strong leadership and communication skills. • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. • Physical ability to perform job duties, including lifting, bending, and working in various conditions.

Preferred Qualifications: • Backflow prevention, gas piping, or other specialized certifications. • Experience managing multi-site or large-scale plumbing projects.
