Our client, a dynamic and successful fast-growing company based in the Medley area, is seeking a
professional Electrical Foreman to join their fantastic team.
Job Type: In-person - Full-time

Responsibilities
• Read, interpret and analysis of blueprints and technical drawings to coordinate electrical
equipment installation methods.
• NEC standards and local electrical building codes requirement verification.
• Daily oversee and coordinate commercial and industrial electrical project operations.
• Team coaching, training, and duties distribution of electricians, apprentices, and laborers
for a standardized quality outcome, including safety policies and procedures.
• Verify performance, work progress and completion of subcontractors and electricians align
with the project specifications and safety protocols.
• Track and update daily reports, material logs, timesheets, and job progress.
• Monitor resources’ use to control budget goals and minimize waste.
• Maintain clear communication with project managers, inspectors, general contractors, and
other trades to keep operations on track and manage field-related issues.
• Contribute to project planning, scheduling, and follow-up meetings
• Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues efficiently to maintain project timelines
• Work with vendors and warehouse staff to maintain consistent supply of tools, equipment,
and materials.
• Maintain an orderly job site, implement safety regulations, and lead daily safety talks and
briefings.
Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the electrical trade
• At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory or foreman role on medium to large-scale
projects
• Familiarity with the applicable codes and relevant safety regulations
• Extensive experience in handling materials, components, and systems; applying installation
techniques; enforcing safety procedures; reading technical drawings/blueprints; performing
calculations; and resolving trade-related issues.
• Skilled in the design and implementation of industrial control and electrical systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is a must; experience with PROCORE is preferred.
