Compensation: $66,000 – $100,000 annually (based on experience)
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join its Rehabilitation team. The PT will provide evaluation and treatment services for both inpatient and outpatient populations under physician referral. Patients range from pediatric to adult populations, requiring a strong understanding of developmental and functional rehabilitation needs.
This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary healthcare environment while supporting patients through recovery, mobility improvement, and functional independence.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate, treat, and re-evaluate patients in inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation settings.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and physician referrals.
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve strength, mobility, endurance, and functional ability.
- Treat patients across pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and quality reporting.
- Educate patients and families on rehabilitation plans and home exercise programs.
- Participate in patient progress reviews and care coordination.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active New Hampshire Physical Therapy license.
- Current BLS (AHA) certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
Preferred
- Minimum 1 year of Physical Therapy experience (preferred but not required).
- Experience in inpatient and/or outpatient rehabilitation settings.
