Responsibilities:
• Dispatch and create work orders using available resources to address client needs effectively.
• Research and gather necessary information to provide timely resolutions to inquiries.
• Identify high-priority issues and escalate them appropriately to ensure prompt attention.
• Route incoming calls to the correct departments or personnel to streamline communication.
• Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of issues.
• Monitor call queue data and adjust priorities to maintain productivity.
• Provide precise and timely client work orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Perform accurate data entry using multiple systems and applications.
• Adhere to client-specific standards and guidelines to meet business objectives.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations and assist in resolving critical issues.
• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• 1-3 years of experience in customer service or call center environments.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively both independently and within a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
