We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager (In-Person) who can take our online visibility and paid performance to the next level — combining creative storytelling, data intelligence, and digital strategy to fuel Shaka Wear’s next chapter of growth.


Role Overview

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll own and optimize the full digital funnel — from SEO and paid media to analytics and conversion. You’ll work closely with creative, e-commerce, and operations teams to grow Shaka Wear’s audience, drive qualified traffic, and maximize ROI across every digital channel.

You’ll bring both an analytical mindset and a streetwear-savvy creative perspective — someone who gets the culture and the data.


Key Responsibilities

1. SEO & Content Visibility

  • Develop and execute a long-term SEO strategy to grow organic traffic and brand search authority.
  • Optimize product pages, category pages, and editorial content for search intent and conversions.
  • Collaborate with the creative and web teams to ensure strong on-page SEO and mobile performance.
  • Use tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, and GA4 to track rankings, trends, and growth opportunities.

2. Paid Media Management

  • Lead and manage digital ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Build performance-driven ad strategies for awareness, retargeting, and conversion.
  • Continuously test creatives, copy, and landing pages to improve CPA and ROAS.
  • Manage ad budgets, pacing, and monthly reporting with clear insights and takeaways.

3. Data, Analytics & Optimization

  • Oversee marketing data pipelines using GA4, Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and Shopify analytics.
  • Build and maintain performance dashboards to monitor traffic, sales, and customer behavior.
  • Identify drop-off points and optimize the customer journey from ad click to checkout.
  • Use data to influence creative and merchandising decisions.

4. Growth & Experimentation

  • Launch and measure cross-channel growth initiatives (SEO + paid + email + influencer).
  • Test new channels and tactics (e.g., Reddit Ads, Snapchat, affiliate marketing).
  • Partner with design and creative teams to align campaigns with brand voice and culture.
  • Stay ahead of digital trends in streetwear, music, and youth culture.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 4–6 years of digital marketing experience, ideally in e-commerce or apparel.
  • Proven success managing SEO and paid campaigns (Google, Meta, TikTok).
  • Strong command of analytics platforms (GA4, Tag Manager, Looker Studio).
  • Data-driven decision-maker with experience improving CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
  • Passion for streetwear, music, or cultural marketing — understands Shaka Wear’s audience.

Preferred:

  • Experience with Shopify Plus, Attentive, and influencer marketing programs.
  • Familiarity with email automation, CRO tools, and affiliate platforms.
  • Ability to collaborate with creatives and understand brand storytelling.

  • Organic traffic growth (MoM / YoY)
  • Paid media ROI and cost per acquisition (CPA)
  • Keyword rankings and branded search volume
  • Conversion rate and AOV improvements
  • Ad creative performance (CTR, engagement rate)
