MLS Educational Consultants is hiring enthusiastic, compassionate and dedicated academic & organizational tutors at our learning center in McLean, VA for the 2025 - 2026 school year. We're seeking professionals able to tutor all subjects for students in Kindergarten through 8th grade. The ability to implement the Orton Gillingham or other phonic based reading program is desirable but not required. Experience designing and implementing elementary school reading, writing and math programs, and the ability to tutor algebra I, Spanish and/or French is a bonus. Some time may be spent in our Group tutoring sessions, which are attended by middle and high school students who need academic and/or executive functioning support.

We are looking for candidates who have a background in education, preferably with teaching experience or currently pursuing a higher-level degree in education. However, we will train the right candidate who doesn't have teaching or tutoring experience. MLS is looking for candidates to work in our office, not remotely, and a commitment to our students for the entire school year.

Tutors who work for MLS have an opportunity to work alongside other tutors and educators in a collaborative team environment.MLS Educational Consultants provides administrative support for our staff including marketing, scheduling, billing, and additional client needs.
