We are seeking an Office Clerk to become a part of our team! You will provide overall support to attorneys' business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the drafting and reviewing of documents
- Record and store client information
- Overseeing clerical tasks, such as sorting and sending mail
- Keeping an inventory of office supplies and ordering new materials as needed
- Maintaining files
- Welcoming visitors to your office
- Answering phone calls
- Taking and delivering messages
- Ensuring the office runs smoothly
- Scheduling meetings and sending meeting invites to attendees
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an office assistant or office setting, a plus
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Bilingual English-Spanish
