Job: Assistant Executive Director
Community: The Reserve at Lone Tree
Position Summary:
The Assistant Executive Director (AED) is a senior operational leader responsible for supporting the Executive Director (ED) in delivering exceptional daily operations, strong leadership execution, and a luxury resident experience consistent with Reserve Collection standards. This role serves as a trusted operational partner to the Executive Director and helps ensure the community operates with disciplined processes, consistent departmental performance, and a high level of hospitality and service.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership:
- Partner with the ED to support day-to-day operations across all departments and ensure operational consistency.
- Support departmental leaders in executing operational, service, and hospitality standards.
- Identify operational challenges and work with leadership teams to implement solutions that maintain performance and consistency.
- Support department leaders in maintaining operational discipline, staffing stability and accountability.
- Step in to support or lead operational oversight when ED is unavailable.
Leadership & Team Development
- Provide leadership support and guidance to department heads.
- Reinforce a culture of accountability, collaboration, and service excellence.
- Navigate operational challenges and difficult conversations with professionalism and sound judgment.
- Support the development and performance of the community leadership team.
- Serve as a trusted operational partner to the ED.
Resident Experience & Community Presence
- Promote a luxury hospitality mindset and ensure a high-touch resident experience.
- Maintain a visible presence within the community and engage regularly with residents, families, and team members.
- Support the delivery of personalized services and programs that elevate the resident experience.
- Ensure the community environment reflects the quality and standards of the Reserve Collection brand.
Operational Consistency & Standards
- Support the execution of company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
- Reinforce consistency in service delivery and operational execution across all departments.
- Support departmental leadership in maintaining high standards for community presentation, service delivery, and resident satisfaction.

Other Experience
- Senior living leadership experience required
- Luxury hospitality or high-end service environment experience highly preferred
- Experience supporting operations across multiple departments

Compensation: $100,000 - $110,000 annual salary
