Sioux Falls Ford Lincoln is seeking a Service Loaner Agent to become a part of an efficient and customer-oriented service department. Starting wage $18 hourly.

The ideal candidate has a high energy level, positive attitude, desire to work in a fast-paced environment, and a valid driver’s license.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Properly creates loaner car agreements ensuring that clients provide current driver’s license, current insurance and valid credit card.

• Provide clients with explanations about potential charges that can arise from using our loaner vehicle.

• Provide a seamless handoff of the loaner vehicle to the client explaining the walkaround and what is expected upon their return to the dealership.

• Daily check on existing inventory for compliance with our standards such as full tank of gas, cleanliness of vehicle and mileage.

• Check in vehicles as they come in from clients. Inspect vehicle for possible damage, non-compliance with fuel levels at time of checkout, excessive miles and cleanliness.

• Ensure returned vehicles are washed and ready to go for clients.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Attention to detail and work well in a fast-paced environment

• Have a positive attitude and be customer service oriented

• Strong organizational and computer skills

• 18 years of age with a valid drivers’ license and clean driving record

• Successfully pass a background check
