Job DescriptionAbout the Role:Join CUSTOM TRANSFER INC as a CDL Driver O/O and Company Driver in Long Prairie, MN! We are seeking dedicated drivers who are passionate about delivering exceptional service and ensuring safety on the road.
Responsibilities:
- Transport goods safely and efficiently across designated routes.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety.
- Maintain accurate logs of driving hours and vehicle maintenance.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while on the road.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery status.
- Handle loading and unloading cargo as required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
- Manage paperwork and documentation related to deliveries.
Requirements:
- Valid CDL license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience as a commercial driver, preferably with O/O experience.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to operate various types of trucks and trailers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Flexibility to work varying hours and routes as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality service.
