Compensation Highlights:

• Base Salary: Starting at $450,000.
• Sign-On Bonus: $200,000, which will be forgiven over a 5-year period.
• Retention Bonus: An annual bonus of $15,000.
• Relocation Assistance: Up to $12,000 available.
