Summary
Teacher – Full Time / Part Time / Sub Positions
Location: Hampton, VA
Pay: $15–$17/hour (Based on experience)

Duties
- Build positive relationships with children and families
- Ensure the safety and well-being of every child
- Implement age-appropriate activities and curriculum (Lead Teachers)
- Participate in training and ongoing professional development
- Follow all licensing and program requirements
Requirements
- High energy and passion for working with children
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Understanding of child development
- At least 1 year of childcare experience and proof of training
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to meet licensing requirements (background check, TB test, etc.)
Nice To Haves
- CDA or Associate’s degree or higher
- First Aid/CPR certification
- Medication Administration Training (MAT)
