Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Provide specialized physical therapy services in a K-12 school setting, supporting students during a leave of absence from January 26, 2026, through February 27, 2026. This contract role based in the Minneapolis area involves servicing pre-school caseloads across 2-3 school buildings, working Monday through Friday for 37.5 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver onsite physical therapy interventions tailored to students' needs within a school environment.
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support student development and educational goals.
  • Manage therapy caseload efficiently across multiple buildings, ensuring consistent quality care.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reports per school district requirements.
  • Uphold licensure and professional standards throughout the contract period.

  • Valid physical therapy license relevant to the state of Minnesota.
