Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Payable Management: Process accounts payable transactions with accuracy to ensure timely payments.
  • Software Utilization: Utilize QuickBooks and other accounting software to maintain and manage financial records effectively.
  • Data Entry: Perform accurate data entry tasks to organize and maintain records up to date for reporting purposes.
  • Invoice Handling: Process invoices and verify payment details for accuracy.
  • Compliance Oversight: Prepare and review expense reports, ensuring alignment with company policies.
  • Account Reconciliation: Conduct reconciliations of accounts to maintain consistent and accurate financial balances.
  • Credit Card Management: Administer credit card transactions, ensuring proper accounting and documentation.
  • Check Run Oversight: Manage check runs and associated documentation to maintain compliance with financial practices.
  • Financial Analytics: Use Microsoft Excel to create financial reports and analyze data as necessary.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping roles.
• Proficiency in accounts payable processes and invoice handling.
• Strong knowledge of QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to perform accurate data entry and maintain organized records.
• Experience with account reconciliation and credit card accounting.
• Familiarity with preparing expense reports and financial documentation.
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
