Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Surgical Services - Surgical First Assist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
\n\nResponsibilities\n

- Assist in surgical procedures with a focus on orthopedics using robotic technology.
- Participate in weekday, weekend, and holiday call rotations for main OR and OB-C sections.
- Ensure readiness for emergency procedures with a 20-minute response time requirement.
- Maintain operational continuity post-procedure, including room cleanup and setup.
- Support PACU patient care following on-call surgical procedures.
- Engage in a comprehensive orientation process to ensure compliance and proficiency.

- Certified Surgical First Assistant (CSFA) accreditation required.
- Robotic surgery experience, particularly in orthopedics, preferred.
- Ohio state license required.
- Experience in working within a 24-hour call rotation system.
- Must adhere to smoke/nicotine free policies.
- Flu Vaccine: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only.
