If you'd like to be considered, please submit a resume for review.

- Lead operations for a multi-state West Region affordable housing portfolio of 100+ properties and 20,000+ units
- Own senior client relationships, including high-touch communication, performance reporting, and expectation management for institutional partners
- Drive operational performance across occupancy, NOI, resident experience, and risk management while ensuring strong compliance outcomes
- Build, coach, and hold accountable a layered regional leadership structure (SVP/VP/RVP/Regional teams) in a remote environment
- Partner cross-functionally with compliance, finance, and transformation/integration leaders to standardize processes and execute change initiatives
Qualifications
- Senior leadership experience in affordable housing operations with deep LIHTC, HUD, and local program compliance fluency
- Track record overseeing large, multi-state portfolios (20,000+ units preferred) and leading through complexity at scale
- Demonstrated success managing demanding, data-driven clients with a calm, diplomatic, thick-skinned leadership style
- Experience leading organizational change, integrations, or portfolio transitions (post-acquisition experience strongly preferred)
- Strong executive communication skills with the ability to rally teams and drive accountability without frequent in-person contact

- Remote-friendly role with approximately 25% to 50% travel across the West Region
- Relocation support may be available for exceptional candidates
- Cell phone allowance provided
- Full benefits package including all major insurance, 401k, and PTO
