Salary Range: $79,000 - $124,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement industrial automation solutions including PLCs, HMIs, and robotics.
- Program and configure PLCs (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell), HMIs, SCADA systems, and robotic cells for manufacturing processes.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair complex automation equipment and control systems to minimize downtime.
- Optimize existing automated processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and product quality.
- Collaborate with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to integrate new automation technologies and system upgrades.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for automation systems, schematics, and operational procedures.
- Ensure all automation solutions comply with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
Recommended Qualifications
- Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Rockwell, Siemens) and HMI/SCADA development.
- Experience with industrial robotics programming, integration, and maintenance (e.g., FANUC, ABB, KUKA).
- Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols (e.g., EtherNet/IP, Profinet, Modbus TCP/IP).
- Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and troubleshoot automated systems in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of machine safety standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 13849, OSHA).
- Familiarity with manufacturing execution systems (MES) and data acquisition for process optimization.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) platforms.
- Proficiency in programming and integrating industrial robots (e.g., Fanuc, KUKA, ABB).
- Experience with data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for OEE and production metrics.
- Knowledge of industrial control system (ICS) cybersecurity best practices.
- Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification/experience.
