We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales & Procurement Specialist to join our team in Sunrise, Florida. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain and the timely delivery of products to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source aircraft parts, materials, and tooling from approved suppliers.
- Negotiate pricing, lead times, and payment terms.
- Create and manage purchase orders (POs) in ERP system.
- Track shipments, manage logistics, and follow up on delivery schedules.
- Evaluate supplier performance and maintain vendor relationships.
- Ensure traceability, certification, and compliance with aviation standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities with airlines, MROs, and brokers.
- Quote parts quickly and accurately.
- Manage customer accounts and provide post-sale support.
