Customer Service Advocate (Bilingual Spanish/English) - Full-Time (Onsite)

This is a fully in-person role focused on delivering 5-star customer service through inbound calls and accurate documentation.
What You'll Do
- Take inbound calls and deliver 5-star service
- Answer inbound calls and assist customers with questions and concerns
- Provide clear solutions and support test scheduling
- Document all interactions in a call center database/CRM
- Collaborate with team members and troubleshoot minor tech issues
What You Need
- Bilingual Spanish/English (required)
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Customer service or call center experience (preferred)
- Strong verbal/written communication skills
- Comfortable with computers, webcams, and minor troubleshooting
- Typing speed 30+ WPM
- Reliable, detail-oriented, adaptable, eager to learn
