- Permanent Part-Time Pediatrician (Plan to Transition Pediatrician to Full-Time)
- Guaranteed Salary From $185,000+ with Negotiable Sign-On Bonus (DOE, with Plans to Move to Percentage of Collections Based Model)

- Work Life Balance Negotiable Part-Time Scheduling: 9:00-5:00pm Hours
- 100% Outpatient Opportunity, Minimal Phone Call Coverage Shared with Other Pediatricians (Nurse Triage Line)
- No Nursery Rounds, Hospital Admittances, or Inpatient Call
- Supportive Team: Experienced Pediatricians and RNs on Staff (No APP Oversight)
- Open to All Levels of Experience: 2026 Graduating Pediatric Residents to Experienced Pediatricians

Requirements of the General Pediatrician
- Doctor of Medicine (MD)/Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
- Board Certified/Eligible
- Have/Will Complete Pediatric Residency
- Open to All Levels of Experience: 2026 Graduating Pediatric Residents to Experienced Pediatricians
