Gordon County, Georgia-Gordon County is currently accepting applications for the position of Deputy Clerk of Juvenile Court. Job responsibilities will include providing clerical support to the Juvenile Court, including receiving, indexing, and recording court case information and/or legal documents, entering and updating data into databases and Excel spreadsheets. Word processing with Microsoft Word, and provide copies of official court and/or legal documents to the courts, litigants, attorney and other appropriate parties. Qualified applicants should possess a high school diploma or equivalency, and a minimum of two (2) years of experience in court services, clerical or administrative support. Bilingual preferred. A background in legal or juvenile court setting is a plus. Background check, drug screening and other pre-employment testing required. Position is open until filled.
